Infrastructure
Couzinz has developed an infrastructure that provides first class accommodation services.

An essential component of our accommodation program is to concentrate on providing the best pasture and feed. We produce our own lucerne and mix all feeds individually. This includes the most appropriate ratio of oats, barley and chaff to ensure all visitors thrive on the property.

A major fencing and stabling project has been completed. We now satisfy all requirements from individual stables and day yards to spacious paddocks. The health of all livestock entrusted to our care is of prime importance to us and we utilise a range of veterinary services that are on call for any emergency.

Couzinz is able to offer its clients a walk on service for broodmares to all studs on the Darling Downs and surrounds.

Hunter Valley
Queensland resident breeders who keep mares and weanlings in the Hunter Valley for the purpose of accessing Hunter Valley stallions should consider the economic value of agisting their mares and weanlings at Couzinz and take advantage of our experience in transporting our own and clients’ mares to the Hunter Valley for walk on servicing.

The process can, in most cases, be achieved within a 24 hour time frame with mares absent from their usual surroundings for a very short period.
