Bill Duncan

Bill Duncan is a founding owner of Couzinz and has been involved in thoroughbred breeding and racing for over 20 years. As principal of Bill Duncan Bloodstock Pty Ltd he has acquired a band of high quality broodmares now located at Couzinz. He also has extensive interests in racing with most of his horses now trained in Queensland.

Dr. Cameron Osborne

Dr. Cameron Osborne is a founding owner of Couzinz and has a 30 year association with the Darling Downs. He established Croswood Stud which is now Carringbush Stud. As a well known sports physician in Brisbane medical circles, he has well respected thoroughbred industry experience and credentials.

Ian Crompton

Ian Crompton, a name synonymous with thoroughbred breeding and care on the Darling Downs is the foundation Stud Manager of Couzinz. His knowledge and experience ensure that private clients receive the same expert attention as resident stock.

Eleanor Osborne

Eleanor Osborne joined the business in March 2006 as Business Support Manager.

Eleanor’s appointment marks another milestone in the development and evolution of Couzinz. Her role will encompass day to day contact with clients, assisting Bill Duncan with expanding administrative responsibilities as well as hands on involvement across the broad spectrum of horse work undertaken on the property under the supervision of Stud Manager, Ian Crompton.
